Parker Spaulding is a partner at Campbell, Grooms & Spaulding, PLLC. His practice includes commercial litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, estate planning, business transactions, tort litigation, and other general civil matters for individuals, small businesses, corporations, landowners, and trusts across Arkansas.
Parker’s approach to client service is to be practical and efficient. He understands that most people don’t call a lawyer because something good happened and that clients are usually going through difficult times. Whether a client is facing a dispute, planning for the future, or navigating a difficult transition, Parker sees his role as helping them through the process with honest advice, realistic options, and a clear plan.
In litigation, Parker regularly appears in Arkansas state and federal courts. He is involved in all phases of a case from pre-lawsuit due diligence to legal research, motion practice, discovery, negotiations, and courtroom advocacy. He enjoys the strategic nature of litigation and approaches each matter by thinking several steps ahead, carefully mapping out how each action may affect the next and tailoring his strategy accordingly.
A significant portion of Parker’s work involves real estate, where he handles both transactions and disputes involving ownership, title, landlord–tenant issues, easement and boundaries disputes, and many other legal issues involving real estate. Also, Parker assists clients with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and other related documents as needed to achieve a client’s desired outcome.
Originally from Springdale, Arkansas, Parker now lives in Little Rock with his wife, Jennifer, and their three black Labrador retrievers — Sadie, Sammie and Sutton. Sammie, is known as the firm’s “office dog” and can be found at the office with him more days than not. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf in the summer and hunting ducks throughout the winter. When he is not in the woods or on the course, he and his wife can usually be found hiking or skiing in the mountains somewhere.
